The CAEZ Board is made up of up representatives from each Census Tract elected by the residents of the Census Tract that it represents. In Roane County, two Census Tracts are represented, 9630 (Spencer) and 9631 (Newton). One additional member is appointed by the Roane County Commission. Other members are appointed by other counties covered by this agency. Terms are for three years.
Meetings are generally held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6pm at the County Commission Room in the Clay County Courthouse.
