Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department

The MOVHD is made up of up representatives from each county that it represents.  In Roane County, two members are appointed by the County Commission, one a Republican, and the other a Democrat.  Terms are for five years.

Meetings are generally held on the forth Thursdays of January, March, May, July, September and November each year at 6:30pm in Parkersburg.
